Great prices and friendly staff and awesome customer service I was short on cash today and the cashier offered to cover the rest for me 😁will definitely be coming back and recommending yall tha. You so much to empire vape dont let this cashier go yall need to give her a raise lol she talked nlme through what yall had and helped me find the perfect product for me and because I can't remember if google has time stamps I was at empire vapes at 12:30 on 8/6 Thank yall so much

Love the young lady who’s always willing to help. The young men, not so much, they seem to always rush me when I’m in there even if they’re not busy. They’ve even dismissed my questions and tried to sell me something different. For that reason I give them a 3.

This place is a joke and should be avoided. If they sell you a misadvertised product or something that makes you sick/ill at all... they wont do anything to try and make it right and keep the business. Youre just screwed out of your money. All over a $20 bottle of juice. Hope the 3 years of business was worth it
