Easily one of my favorite smoke shops. The customer service is always A1 & they always have my favorite papers in stock. I asked for a suggestion because I’m super picky & they really came through for me!

When I can't use my real flower in public or in the house these guys always help me find something that works just as well edible or vape that does the trick till I can get to the real deal.

The store is well stocked with vape products, but lacking in tobacco related products. The staff seems nice overall. I just wish they had some more options for RYO tobacco.

Bought a mellow fellow HHC purple punch disposable that died on me the following day. I went back and the employee had to call the owner and I could only switch out for the exact vape with a warning of them only doing this for me one time. Same thing happened. It charges, but no pull. Frustrated, I went to the Mellow Fellow website to seek customer service-only to find they don’t even produce the line of disposables being sold at this shop. Not only that, I couldn’t find it anywhere online and three other smoke shops I went to don’t sell them either. So I went back to the smoke shop..and explain everything. She even looked on the official website to confirm. Employee had to call owner again. Instead of giving me a refund he only offered store credit. How can I trust any products being sold here? So I asked the employee if she vapes and she said yes, I asked her what she personally smokes but they didn’t have any in stock. I had to pay a difference in vape prices. Employee was nice. Horrible policy and business ethics. I will never come back.

This store has a huge variety of products and merchandise. It's clean and well stocked.
