Went there a few days ago to get a setup with the goal to quit smoking cigarettes. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable, and any questions or concerns I had were clarified by her and the manager with confidence. All of the information has been spot on so far. My experience was positive, informative, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location and staff and plan to be a repeat customer. I’m more than happy with customer service experience.

I am very happy I happened across this shop. The employees are ridiculohsly friendly and knowledgeable and make the experience that much better. I would happily recommend VaporFi to anyone looking for a smaller shop that can handle their vaping needs.

I didn't catch the guys name that helped me and my husband today, but he was awesome for taking the time to help us. I feel like we were in there for almost an hour discussing which vape is better. He even set it up for my husband before we left. We really appreciate his time and advice. He was awesome! And let him know in case we don't see him for a bit that the Green No. 1 Twist juice he got us interested in is really good 🤣

i absolutely LOVE all the staff here!!! George, Jake, Kyle, and Brian....ALL of them are super helpful and patient especially when trying to decide on flavors! Almost anything you want to duplicate the flavor of they can come up with a mix that matches it! i’ve been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now and they are hands down the absolute most knowledgeable and friendly staff ever!!!! i’ve stopped by other places out of convenience and they were nice but the quality of the juices here are no comparison!

Guys are great and always know how to help me figure out what I need next, very detailed answers to questions and you can tell they care about what they do. The two guys were alone in the store hanging out in their chairs but both sprang up to greet me as soon as I walked inside. 10/10 would recommend
