Great costumer service and huge selection of products

These guys are super knowledgeable, and are going to make sure you get what you actually need, not just try and sell you whatever. They are always getting new vape sauce, so you’re definitely going to find something you like.

I will concur with others and say their prices on hardware are high; anywhere from 25-50% more than what you find online (thus the one star deduction). However, they have a brick and mortar store with bills and staff to pay so a markup isn’t a big deal unless you’re buying a ton of mods/tanks. If the prices really bother you then go online. You pay for the staff and experience at this location. They’ve always been helpful and they’re always nice whether you’re a beginner or experienced. They don’t judge. They aren’t going to push anything that you don’t like or want. I asked about a Squonk mod and they flat out told me which of their selection was the best, and it wasn’t the most expensive. They have good knowledge of their products and liquids. If an item breaks they will replace it for you (no refunds) and make things right. A mod I bought broke a few hours after using it. They replaced it and threw in a free bottle of liquid. They care about their customers.

Started going to Advanced Vapor years ago when they first opened and met Adam and Jordan. I first started going because they had the best juice selection. They continue to be my first choice vape shop because Adam and Jordan are awesome and know their stuff. Best customer service I've ever had hands down. If you're looking for a good vape shop and you've never been here, definitely check them out.

Great customer service. Wish they had more of a selection. Willing to drive the xtra 3 miles than go to the closest store Vapor Connection! Guy there is too conservative for me!
