Their customer service is the best I have had in Marin. They answer your questions, not overt when it comes to up selling. Very straight forward. They take the time to greet you when you come in (even when they are with another customers). Thank you it is nice to spend money where you are treated right. Keep up your awesome customer service and professional attitude. I know it is not always easy to do in Marin and in your business.

For me personally, I have only purchased disposable vapes here. It’s very convenient when you can’t wait for shipping, for that special occasion or your satisfy me now!! Instant gratification! Prices are very high so I would never regularly shop here, but like I said if you have l that certain itch, this place can satisfy….just scratch!!

The V.I.P. Lounge has everything you need. Adult toys and costumes, party games, and smoking accessories. They're the only place in the bay area that sells the vape and vape juice my husband likes. They have a huge selection. And they support local businesses too.

Seriously hit and miss here. I go in about once a month and sometimes I have a great experience with great customer service, and the very next time I encounter someone who's engrossed in their phone and is to bothered to help you. I've literally walked in and went straight to the case, and standing there for 3 or 4 minutes while No one is around, then they emerge from the back or the parking lot and barely acknowledge me, then 4 others walk in, and they help them first. They are really bad at understanding how to keep inventory stocked, especially with the nic salts and vape pens, they sell me something new and then the next time I come back, they don't have the pods for it.
