One of the best dispos in the bay, these guys were the absolute bomb. Huge shoutout to the budtender Jovan, the man knew his herb, made some great recommendations and he really made sure to get me proper deals, as it was my first time with these folks. Their new customer deal structure is extremely lucrative if you make it out more than once! Super clean and well set up storefront, Prices were decent but OTD so you know what you’re paying for when you get to the register, and the selection of products left me with everything I needed (and more). Blanking on his name (for good reason) but security was the biggest homie who let me sample some product in their outdoor lounge, got me straight to the face, so much so I forgot his name hahah, but forreal make it out to 7 stars, you won’t regret it. My son brought me here the first time. I have arthritis and need hip surgery so i was looking for pain relief. Staff has helped me listening & showing the best products and options for my needs. They offer daily specials & customer perks where I can save money. Today I bought CBD drops @ buy one & get one free saving $50. I am 75 on a fixed a income so this is huge! I now come alone feeling safe & secure They have staff in the parking lot, entering & leaving. Security is comforting. Seven Stars is a very calm & hospitable place to visit.

Found this spot while on the road, showed up with minutes to spare before closing and from the moment I entered the parking lot to the moment I left the staff was beyond courteous and friendly. I didn't get any push back about showing up late (I would understand a little frustration when you're about to go home and someone shows up, there was none of that). Even though it was my first time the woman at the desk checked me in quickly and had me taken care of before I knew it. I was looking for some pre rolls and the gentleman inside was kind and patient in finding me a good match for my price range and preferred potency. The selection seemed wide, though I didn't get a long time to browse I could tell there was a good variety of quality and price. On my way out I was offered complimentary coffee. Customer service and the overall vibe here is great, I will definitely come back to spend some time here in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE! It looks like a real business with all the security people on the outside... They put on a GOOD SHOW, but it is nothing but a SCAM! SOLD LOW-QUALITY, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND REFUSED TO REFUND WITHIN 2 HOURS! I went to 7 Stars to pick up a CBD Massage oil before my massage appointment across the street today. A lady greeted me by the door and recommended "Mary's Medicinals CBD massage oil". But when my massage lady opened it we discovered it was not an oil, it was all dried out, it was like a PASTE! Of course, we couldn't use it. I took it back to 7 Stars 2 hours later and asked for a refund with my receipt. A young manager said he couldn't refund me, I could have a store credit or buy something else. I don't usually use any cannabis products, so I told him I only wanted a refund. I showed him the dried-out product. Still, he refused the refund and I was very upset. No one cared, I finally left him the defective product without getting anything. I lost $20.70. Is there any consumer protection policy I am entitled?

I love this place. Been coming here since 4/20 and it’s my new favorite spot. Great promos, great selection, great location, great parking and I always leave smiling. Just stopped in and Davonna helped me; she had a great vibe. Please give her the props she deserves!

Some dispensary have gone downhill lately but not this one! Always got something for me. Adrianna was so nice and found lots of options for me. I also really enjoy thier living wall of flowers. Very pretty. I haven't met staff I didn't like. They are all very nice from security to check in to budtenders.
