Absolutely will never return as long as that mean security lady works there. First she makes me repark. Then decides to yell at me more in the store. Then she was getting yelled at by some lady on my way out. To much drama for me, not to mention the black guy withblots of hair bud tender was super unhelpful and in a horrible mood. He didnt seem happy there, i felt very uncomfortable. In fact I felt very unsafe. I won't be returning. If I could give a zero star I would.

Had to stop by here for the first time to pick up an order for my sister that she placed online and since you can't use a card to purchase cannabis the order is set aside for you to pay cash in person after showing your i.d. My first impression of the store was good they check your ID at the door you lower your mask for 1/2 a second for the camera and then a large counter is in the middle against the far wall with flower, and concentrates on the left side and what appeared to be edibles on the right side. I stuck to the left side and got a little something for myself and picked up my sisters online order. They had so many employees all being proactive and helping customers that the whole process was quick and easy and they had really good prices also! I will definitely come here again In the near future nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend The Vault for anyone looking for a good recreational store.

Get all my edibles here and have always had great and friendly service! I typically order online so I don't have to be indecisive and try more new things since they have a good sized selection of edibles!

Great staff. For a while there, they were always moving stuff around and I would be lost. Now it’s been sometime since they did that and it’s perfect.

Every time I’ve gone here I’ve had an issue whether it’s unfriendly staff, product that stops working before it’s ever gone, and now I return a cartridge literally an hour after I purchased it because it very visibly wouldn’t screw on to my battery and I brought my new cartridge, packaging, and receipt along with my battery and my old cartridge that threaded on just fine just so they could see. It took 20 minutes and 4 different people for the outcome to be that I needed to buy a new battery when all items were given and shown that needed to be. I shouldn’t have needed to spend any money. The second she tried to screw the new cartridge on and had the issue I described and when she screwed my old cartridge on no problem I should’ve been exchanged the cartridge and been on my way. Dani the store manager has horrible judgement calls and staff that clearly can’t make an appropriate customer service judgement call either. A joke of an establishment.
