I've shopped there for at least 30 years with exceptional service. As of recently, Village Green is the only local store that stocks and sells homeopathic medicine (Whole Foods and Mom's no longer do)!! so they are doing an even more invaluable community service.
I've also had a very professional, helpful and free makeup consult there using the wonderful organic products they carry.

Our collaboration has generally been quite pleasant, but I find the recent developments rather perplexing. Adults should handle matters with grace and maturity.
The following text will solely present the facts. Nevertheless, I expect to receive what is rightfully owed to me. I won't go against my conscience for what isn't mine, but for what rightfully belongs to me, for which I have paid, I expect it to be fulfilled.

Firstly, the initial matter dates back to August of last year when I made a purchase of a batch of goods from your company. Upon arrival, a significant portion was found to be damaged. I promptly emailed you with attached images and details of the damages. It wasn't until January 2024 that I received the replacements from you. However, these replacements differed from what was originally ordered, both in quality and quantity. I had assumed that further replacements would be provided, hence my continued patience. Why did I wait? Because I understand that fulfilling orders isn't always easy, just as with order #54633, which I placed in jun 2023. Some items from this order weren't received until February 2024, That's what made the deal complete. a span of 8 months. Yet, despite my recent inquiries, there has been no response. Your email stated that replacements had been sent, but further communication has been lacking. Indeed, I received a package in January 2024 and promptly informed you of the situation. You should be aware of the circumstances. However, you've chosen not to address the issue. This involves a substantial amount of money. I believe our past collaboration has been mutually satisfactory, and even if we're no longer working together, obligations should still be fulfilled, shouldn't they?
Attached are some excerpts from the email I sent to you at that time. In the email, I also provided detailed information regarding the quantity and names of the damaged products.

I would give 10 stars if I could.
I have been shopping at Village Green for many years and will continue to do so. Their Product selection is excellent, the Staff is extremely knowledgeable, the hours are good and the prices are some of the best in the business. What more could you want?

Your customer service is unparalleled. Your staff is very knowledgeable. There are two parts of your operation that annoy me is that you send me emails and texts at least three times a week.No one is buying supplements 3X a week. The other problem is that some of your “sales” involved jacking up the price of the original item so that you can offer second item price. Not cool.
