I went here today, and the owner of the shop was very helpful and had such a positive personality!!! They had a wide variety of products from vapes, tobacco, hookah, glass and even more things. I would recommend turning this into your regular vape shop!

I had a fantastic experience at the vape shop thanks to April! Her knowledge of products is outstanding, and she provided thoughtful recommendations. She was patient and took the time to answer all my questions, and she made sure I left with exactly what I needed. April's kindness and exceptional customer service truly set this shop apart!!! Dude behind the counter was leering at me and my girlfriend the whole time. Sold us the wrong product, then refused to refund it when we brought it to his attention. When we asked for the correct batteries with the product he did give us, he gave us a battery box that was half empty. When we asked him to at least refund that batteries we couldn't use he told us he was completely unable to issue any kind of a refund. When we asked him to contact his boss so that we could get that refund he told us to call the cops or get out. We recommend House of Vape in Annandale. Better prices, more helpful staff, and the person behind the counter won't make you feel gross for being a woman or a lesbian. And you're less likely to get cheated.
