Had a awesome experience got the most unique pipe for my flower I wanted something not made of glass because I had to bowl and bong that broke. My pipe is. Silicone, a very pretty color and the customer service was very welcoming.

Went into the store for the first time, the young dude was cool, that's why I give it a 3, there's a BUT! As I was making my purchase of a vape, we discussed how they may not work and when you purchase there is no refund once you leave with the pens. PEOPLE OPEN YOUR PEN IN THE STORE IN FRONT OF THEM. They will not tell you and then you loose money and product.

I have visited and shop around few times. But the white dude at the counter is extremely rude. May be due to my skin color. P.S other African guy is very nice but I won’t giving business to racist people. "We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory customer experience. We always strive to exceed all expectations. Having a less than satisfactory customer service is Not the same as accusing an employee of being a racist!." In Reply to your comment, I would say get your employee attitude right then I will change my perspective. I have written what I have felt and if you are the owner change your attitude as well. Thank you.
