JARED IS THEE WORSE!!! My doctor sent paperwork 3 times since August 30 and it sat on Jared desk til now October. To make matters worse Jared is RUDE, cut me off, was standoffish, aggressive, and then had a nerve to tell me to get my other line( that wasn't ringing) and call him back. He refused to transfer me to someone else after I requested several times. He continued to say I'm Jared I work here or some foolishness on those terms. Terrible terrible person.

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. The inventory is excellent. It is one thing to order something on line, but much better to see and touch the tools and supplies one needs to recover from illness, or manage ongoing health issues. And if you have any questions, the staff is right there to help with answers. If they don't have something you need, they can get it. I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Medical Supply & Equipment.

When my husband was diagnosed with glioblastoma and was operated on his brain we all of a sudden needed a lot of equipment for disabled person to make his life more comfortable. And this store was a blessing for us not only for purchasing many useful, good quality and reasonably priced items, but what was the most precious for us is their warm, understanding and helpful attitude towards their customers. Among other very helpful and nice people working in this facility I particularly want to express my deepest gratitude to the young man named Denis. His skill and very helpful actions were above and beyond anything we've ever saw in point of customer service. HUGE THANK YOU Denis for resolving our desperate situation. We are your customers for "as long as we live" : ).
