Really has to be one of the worst CVS experiences I’ve ever had. Nobody to assist you when the machine requires an attendant to finish purchasing some items. Try to use coupons, machine won’t allow you to insert them prompting you to call for help that never comes. The single employee at the register sees you’re in need of help and couldn’t be bothered to move. Absolutely unacceptable experience - better off never going again to spare myself the 30 minute ordeal.

Extremely helpful staff. Greeted me when I came in. Knew exactly where the aquaphor chapstick was.

Unprofessional staff. Needed 30 minutes for picking one prescription. Still was not ready!! No manager on site to talk to 😡

My ONLY option was self check out. I do not work at CVS. I should not have to check myself out because CVS is too cheap to hire enough workers to do the job. Walgreens is across the street and THEY have people to check me out. Walgreens will be my choice from now on.

The pharmacy is awful. The employees are friendly and competent but extremely overworked. 8 people in line and one person behind the counter took 20+ minutes to get my meds.2 people left in frustration. Yesterday I waited in line with 3 other people, only to find they were closed. This while several staffers saw us in line and said nothing. Only upon asking did they tell us they were closed until 2. Note to senior management: Customer service is a requirement. Understaffing reduces costs while pissing off the people who provide revenue.
