Edit :: I was given a coupon for free gummies at the Mac fest. When I tried to redeem it I was told it expired literally the after getting it. You guys should honor those coupons your rep passed out so lame. I shop at trulieve exclusively for the modern live carts. Those seem to check the boxes for me compared to other shops. For flower tho there's a lot better flower elsewhere in my opinion. Customer service has gotten better from when I 1st started shopping TL.

Today was my first time visiting. I got an email about a promo which brought me in, I was waiting for a few minutes as there was an associate helping someone else, but no one in the store. I had a moment to further look at their menu and found some promotions on their paper menu on the counter, so was getting ideas on what all I could find and make full use of my discount. When I finally was assisted, the associate seemed kind of out of it, and I understand the nature of the business, but during business hours we would expect full attention to business needs. If I, as a customer am expressing interest in a certain strain, and would like a lot of it, and perhaps it's only available in pre-rolls, instead of me just leaving with one, maybe you could help me get a bulk discount like other stores I'm familiar with have? That would be a specific for instance. Help me find the most benefit for my money and I will return to you. When I feel as if you do not know your product, specials, inventory, and it seems as if I'm an inconvenience to you, I'm sorry to have wasted our time. I won't go in to all the details as it was the store manager who saved this sale, so they're aware. But as a customer who really wanted to go wild and spend money, I thought that would be an ideal dream customer situation, not a nightmare. Kudos to the manager for saving the sale from a absolute negative zero review to slightly below average. Edited back to zero.
