Casandra saw me enter BE and waved me to her counter. She became aware that I was using a Portable Oxygen Concentrator and notice I became short of breath as I spoke. She politely suggested I could be comfortable in one of the couches as she entered my registration certificate and reviewed my prior scripts and purchases. She came over to the sitting area and conducted the consultation. She listened to my situation and medical conditions. She asked relevant questions and answered fully the questions I had. Her product recommendations suited my needs perfectly. I taught Customer Service in colleges and ran Performance Review training for growing businesses. Casandra is the model of excellent service. Her listening and verbal communication skills are 10 of 10. Her innate ability to show understanding and concern for my medical challenges is a rare and valuable talent. Be is fortunate to have Cassandra as an employee. I’m sure she will continue to reflect the concern that your organization has for the satisfaction of its customers.
