SMALL BUSINESS BEWARE! The people are polite BUT... the company is not organized well. They sent me the wrong product and asked ME to pay return shipping! I did not receive my replacement order by the promised day, 2 days after said day they hadn't even shipped it. I asked for a supervisor and they couldn't be bothered. They did send a prepaid shipping label. I sent a money order for the difference. These people put me behind 2 weeks for $120.40! Hopefully it's a good product.

Nothing is perfect, and there is always room for improvement no matter where you work. However, I must admit that this is arguably one of the worst companies I have worked for. Over the past 24 years I have worked in everything from behavioral health, education, industrial oil sales, and now the vape hardware tech industry. Working for iKrusher started off great, but after the first year I quickly realized I was working for a very closed-minded CEO, and have dealt with several incidents of discrimination. I will not dive into the details, but I will say the industry is great, the opportunity to make good money is great, but the culture at iKrusher left much to be desired.

Ikrusher is an excellent company to team up with if you are looking for success, Excellent product, excellent devices, and a very great team behind them. Customer service is the best customer service I have came across in a long time, Kimberly my account manager is always taking care of me with any questions or concerns I may have and always has a great Dedicated attitude and personality. Instant feed back from the team is amazing, I’m always left satisfied, keep it up team!

Ordered 1000+ devices from this company and have had faulty equipment, been working with Support and Operations to get replacement devices for months. These devices are terrible.
