Made a second order before my first order was received because my fiance had already made a few purchases, and we loved the product. I got my first order just fine. My second order was missing 4 pre rolls. I immediately contacted their customer service who not only promised to send the missing product, but they also sent another 5 pack pre roll and some flower for FREE. They sent it all with next day delivery. TOP customer service and will definitely be ordering again!
