I had an outstanding experience at Off The Charts in Costa Mesa! Despite the line when I arrived (which makes sense given how great the service is), Alex quickly called me in from the waiting room and immediately showed me what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a disposable, but I wasn’t sure which kind. Thankfully, Alex’s deep knowledge of the inventory made all the difference. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different options, helping me make the perfect choice. Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received. Thanks, Alex!

Lisa is the bomb dot com!! Super friendly and definitely in the know about all things cannabis. She never rushed me but she honestly help move the sale along smoothly. Off the Charts is always amazing to me. So far everything I come across there have great attitudes. The only thing I can claim about…….. wish they had delivery services. Other than that, I love coming there.
