Our Pomeranian loves visiting and the customer service is ridiculous. We have our favorite Doctors🤣🤣. Awesome experience and great environment.

This place has very good selection. Happy hour is best and different deals every daily depending on the day of the week. The best part about the shop is it’s like Cheers! Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came. That’s what I like in a ‘bud tender’. 😂 but these people actually turned me on to some great advantages in Ca law for patients. 5 star organization.

They have seriously gone downhill. The in store prices cost more than online. When I asked about it he said it’s because of the tax, I told him online price included tax and he basically said that’s just the way it is. They won’t price match their OWN ERBA VENICE WEBSITE, you can’t use your points (not even a birthday discount) if they have a full store sale going on (even if the sale is less than 20% off.) The budtenders are rude (especially that black haired 2010s emo chick) and management is a joke. Don’t bother going during happy hour if they have a promotion since they won’t uphold the discount. My website total was 40, I brought 40 they tried to charge me more. When we complained management thought they were doing us a favor by giving three products for $32 when I originally had 4 for 40. $2 isn’t a huge deal but if they do this to everyone the profit they make adds up quickly. Done with this location.
