I placed my first order in March 2024 with VapeJuiceDepot. My order was shipped the same day the order was placed. I received my order within 2 days. One of the products in my order was defective. I sent them a picture of the defective item, and my card was reimbursed immediately for that item. The customer service was excellent. I recently placed an order a few days ago; there was a mishap; and I received an email from Andrew VJD customer service representative, apologizing for the mishap. Also, Andrew assured me that my order would be shipped shortly that same day. I have yet to receive a confirmation email stating that my order has shipped. I’ve tried numerous times to contact customer service by calling and through email. I’ve yet to receive a response. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this point. I’m also surprised that this is happening especially with how great my first order went. Respectfully Sharona I finally received my order this afternoon. Today is Monday 5/6/2024. have been ordering from vjd for a couple of years with no problems and great customer service, but things have obviously changed with this company. placed an order from them 8 days ago and received the tracking# the same day. when I track my order, all I get is "acceptance pending". tried numerous times to contact customer service for some help with this issue and to try and find out what the problem is, but no response. used to be a legit company. customer service is a joke! and I am out $100!

Great purchase experience. Thanks for stocking the zero nicotine vapes. My only wish that you shipping was less expensive. It is the highest of all the places I order from.

Only part of my order was shipped. I ordered a total of 7 juices and only recieved 3 of them. The other pod system and replacement coils were there. No response from support. If i don't get a response within the next few days I will have to issue a chargeback.

I'm dealing with similar issues to VJD's recent reviews. I've ordered from them in the past and the experience was great, but not this time. I placed an order 9 days ago and received tracking information, and the status hasn't updated since. I reached out to the company and got a response the next day saying it may have been misplaced at the "courier's facility" and that it would be reshipped. About an hour later, I got a message saying part of my order was refunded, but still no tracking updates. Cut to today (3 days later) and there still hasn't been any movement on the shipment, and my last email remains unresponded to. The shipping reference number they included in their initial response was the same as the first tracking number I had received, which is weird because they said they were reshipping it, so I have no idea what's going on. I've tried calling their local number and still haven't gotten any help.
