I had never tried this place and menu looked good . A couple familiar flavors sounded tempting. Order was easy and got a first time discount. Nice place , people and easy to get too.

Great employees! Everyone is so nice and friendly - from the person at the door, until you leave. I worked with Katie who was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She explained everything in detail. An overall great experience.

Great place with wonderful helpful people. They helped me get everything I needed and were very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions. I visited the dispensary 4 times and every time was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. Today I made a final purchase before leaving Illinois and was helped by Jiyja who was, like everyone working there, nice and very helpful. The dispensary is very clean and with well organized display cases. They accept cash only but have a handy ATM in the store. Definitely made my visit to this part of Illinois a treat. Highly recommended!!

Stephen has been working there for awhile now and I find he is really knowledgeable about the products and offers. The best thing is that you can tell he genuinely cares for his customers and wants you to enjoy your experience at Hatch. All the staff there are great and never had a negative experience.
