Cons: Horrible customer service. The employees lack knowledge & understanding of the product they sell. They aren't even aware of things they are selling. To be honest, they appear to be high and can't even answer any general questions.
They prefer if you point then paid.

This place sucks. Wife went to go get some gummies on 7/13. She asked specifically for D8, but got home just to find out she was given Armani. She proceeded to go back to the store and the "assistant" manager decided to not give her a refund or let her pay the difference for the D8. Not only did she not do her job correctly, she had an attitude and this was not the first instance. Vape City you really need to check your "managers" and tell them to tone down their attitude. Even the employee told her she should do a refund or pay the difference. I will not be back here and I hope the assistant manager is fired. Rude AF.
