Such an easy going experience. First visit today. Store has very knowledgeable, friendly patient advocates. They also have a great discount program for your first 3 visits and a rewards system. Definitely will be headed back when in need of my Kind Tree Products ❤️

I would give 0 stars if I could. I truly gave this place a fair shot but have had nothing but completely awful experiences. The woman at the front desk who’s there a lot of the times is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered - she’s always giving dirty looks, verbally expressing she wants to go home in front of patients, and screaming at people at the door to pull it and rolling her eyes when they can’t hear her from 8 feet away behind a desk… I have multiple times gotten damaged items (leaking) and the people behind the counter treat you like you’re inconveniencing them by looking for an exchange or refund. The manager today seemed as though she was in a bad mood, and barely made eye contact with me while trying to exchange damaged product. I had to go back in a second time as the exchanged item was still damaged and she showed no sympathy at all for the companies negligence on carrying quality, non damaged products. Any other dispensary in this area you go into they’re beyond friendly and accommodating - these people seem bothered 24/7 and like you inconvenience them by wanting them to do their job. Its honestly wild when you spend a lot of money here to in exchange be treated like garbage. It’s much more worth it to drive the extra 4 minutes to Verilife and get non- damaged product and great customer service than to be met with attitude, screaming ladies behind a desk, damaged product, and terrible customer service here. I won’t be returning again.

I loved this dispensary, and they have the best discounts for being a new patient! BUT, when I tried to use my 3rd discount (of 45% off my order) they told me that because my 3rd time to the location was at a time when the store had 40% off everything (right before Christmas) I was out of luck. That because it was my third time, I was only able to use the store discount of 40% for the holidays and my 3rd patient discount gets forfeited. That was not how the transaction went at the time, and I was not aware of that or I would have left and waited to use 45% off. That’s a no brainer. What she actually told me was because everything was already marked down 40% “I could SAVE my new patient discount for next time.” Not forfeit it. I will not be back because to me that’s not how you conduct good business.

As long as you have a license you can go in or you can sit in the drive through. All you have to do is have already ordered what you're there for. Very pleasant.

Every time I come here is a problem. 2 times they closed 20 minutes before they were supposed to (I had an instore orders placed). Today I placed an order drove all the way over there for them to have sold it to the guy right infront of me even though I had QR code for the order. This place sucks.
