UPDATED REVIEW
This has to be the worst CVS ever but there's a lot of competition honestly with this type of CVS rite aid store. But now that I come to give my two star review which now gets a one-star review and I'm updating my prior review from two stars to one star. Definitely stay away from the store. The checkout machines aren't working they don't have enough tellers and then this guy was confrontational when I basically said how difficult it was to check out it was literally impossible. So I see I left a bad review and now I'm leaving another one and I wish there were something that would tell you when you canceled the store and that it should alert you on Google that you should not go there. I had another experience like this at a different store and some stores are just bad. I had a second bad experience at a UPS store and the management couldn't be nicer but some of these people are flat out irresponsible and hostile and they work there and they're probably underpaid. I just think it's a terrible shame.

This is a terrible CVS. I had a terrible experience trying to get my covid booster that was scheduled at another address, without being clear at all, and then the link gave me a phone number to the pharmacy to an out of state that was running a telephone bank. None of the signs in the location where clear, consistent with a lot of chains they don't even show you where to go or are they consistent with what's in a text or email. I cannot say how unpleasant this environment is and there were a lot of people waiting... the staff was helpful when I asked what was happening but they wasted a lot of my time and it was a horrible place to be. I'm going somewhere else. I called the other location trying to salvage my appointment and I just said you know what? Enough of CVS. Go somewhere else. And you know what? That whole setup shows how little they care. It's great to have them everywhere and to have this ability to get shots and what have you but the level of caring is low.

Call corporate= get results! Worst customer service topped off with a bad attitude.I went to the isle marked baby formula, grab the card that said "available at front checkout", and go up front to buy it. He said "Do you see it back there?!" as if I'm supposed to know where to look. Next he said "You don't see it back there because we don't have it." I asked him why don't they take down the cards that say "AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT CHECKOUT"
He looked confused as if he suddenly forgot how to speak English. I'll drive out of my way before I ever go back in there again.

Locking up blow dryers really only one checker yeah not going to wait thanks for making my decision to order online oh plus I won't be buying those other little ancillary items as I was making the trip anyway to CVS so there you go don't know how to solve this stuff issue but blow dryers

After today's experience, I would avoid this pharmacy if you can. Long story short, our dog has an osteosarcoma and needed pain medication. On Wednesday my wife turned in the new prescription, but was told she would have to wait to Saturday to get it refilled (it was calculated that the number of pills on the previous prescription would get us to then). On Saturday my wife went in, and was told the prescription couldn't be refilled until Sunday (by their count, we should have still had one pill). Because our dog was in great pain, we went to the pharmacy when it opened on Sunday. Was our prescription ready? No, it still hadn't been filled. The clerk told us it would be expedited, but it wasn't filled for an hour and a quarter. When I inquired about the wait, I was told that there were other prescriptions being processed ahead of us. I explained how we had tried to have the prescription filled on Wednesday, and then again Saturday, so I was puzzled while we still seemed to be in the back of the line on Sunday. This pharmacy appears to be understaffed and overworked, and there is a clear lack of communication (i.e. since we were in on Saturday and unable to get our prescription, why did we have to wait so long on Sunday?). Very bad experience especially knowing there was a dog in pain waiting at home. Final note - it doesn't engender much confidence to see so much trash on the floors around us. Bad marks all around.
