Full disclosure: This was the first and only time I've ordered from Seed2Harvest CBD. I ordered 3 Modus delta 8/9 disposable pens (1 knockout blend, 1 tap out blend & 1 uppercut blend--all sativa).

Modus is one of my favorite brands and I'm a longtime user of their products. I'm VERY familiar with their vape pens. Something wasn't quite right with the items I received from Seed2Harvest; neither the effects nor the potency. (I've never used pens like these. Perhaps they have expired? The packaging appears legit, but whatever is inside the cartridges seem fake.)

I thought about reordering from them one more time just to make sure it wasn't a one-off, but ultimately decided against it. I usually order directly from Modus, but I decided on a whim to try Seed2Harvest because I had a coupon and the delivery was very fast.

I'm disappointed with my purchase, but I'm still giving them 2 stars because the shipping on my first order was free and delivery was very fast.

9/25/23 UPDATE: I changed my review to 1 star upon seeing the response from the owner.

I thought that it was childish, defensive, condescending, and accusatory. I gave an honest review of my experience with Seed2Harvest CBD. I am a cancer survivor and a long-time cannabis user.

The onus is not on me (the first time customer) to contact your company; I’m not obligated to engage in further transactions with a business that I am already unhappy with.

It should be your prerogative to protect your brand and ensure the satisfaction of your customers. Also, your sarcasm is completely unwarranted, and attacking your reviewers online is not the way to redeem an unsatisfied customer or a failed transaction.
