I had an issue with my vape today I couldn’t get corrected so I went to DFW Smoke Shop & Vapor this gentleman named Rock the service person was so very nice, friendly and helpful to me. He took care of the issue I had with my vape and I am so grateful to him for his care and attention that he provided. I shop at this vape store constantly. Thank you Rock.

Came in to purchase 3 Cohiba Blues, they were priced at $8.99 and when I got the counter became $12.99. They lady told me that she didn’t believe me and had to verify for her own eyes. Verified the price and then still denied me what was advertised. Very bad business and bad practices

Uno mas Is my FAVORITE vape. Sierra is my FAVORITE person. When I walk in the vape shop she grabs my vape without me telling her . She knows my phone number . She picked out my last vape . Geek Bar. It was phenomenal. If I could give ten stars I would. Her customer service skills are impeccable! She is one of the MOST amazing people I have ever met. she has the BEST ENERGY. She keeps me coming back. There are sever vape shops, but I would not go to any other shop that doesn't have her as a worker. She is the BEST!

One-stop shop. I got my hookah and shisha from here. They have a huge variety of selection of disposable vapes, mods, and juices as well. The staff working there are also very knowledgeable and know about their products very well. Will definitely be back....
