Had a good and bad first experience. They unfortunately opened 30 minutes late my first time going and upon leaving the owner arrived. He gave me a great discount with an apology, and offered a future discount. He also provided a coil I needed from a new model since he was out of the pack. I was also give a tester juice for a future product. In hindsight, it was still great customer service regardless of having to wait. It's the only vape shop within the area, so waiting was the best option at the time or go out of my way. Originally a 1/5 experience, revised to 5/5 stars. I'll come back again!

I want a great sales representative to help me understand the products that I was looking for. I was able to get what I need and get some extra items. I recommend you come in here stop in and buy whatever you need. Stop in and ask for John.
