She contacted the manager and fixed the issue with points, and even gave me a small discount for the inconvenience which I really appreciated! Thank you for listening to your customers and making it right, House of Vapes!!

I’ve been to HOV several times, but tonight I came to the realization that they’re ripping people off. First, their point system is ridiculous. You have to spend almost $200 JUST to get $5 off( THIS number INCLUDES TAX). I also made a purchase for $25 and was only awarded 24 points, like where does that make any logical sense, it’s one point per dollar and no, that does not include tax. The only nice person who works here is Crystal, the manager during the morning shift. She’s a sweetheart and truly loves her job and her customers, but if you want a better atmosphere with a friendlier staff and better rewards for being a customer, go to SMOKE AND VAPE DZ. Anything this place has, they got it. And you get $10 OFF once you spend $100. You can’t beat that! If they can start giving me the 25 points I’ve earned and reward their customers better, I MAY go back. But I doubt it.

This place deserves 5++ stars. Muzz was very nice and helpful to introduce and guide us in finding the best products that fit our needs.
This business is run by good people and they know what they do and how to run good biz and build long term relationship with customers. They have all kinds of products and many different choices of brand, very reasonable price.
Especially, they do their best and willing to go extra miles to help you and make sure you get the best services and experience.
I wish you the best and the best for your biz and definitely highly recommended for all my friends. My new fav smoke shop in the area.
