Shop sold me a faulty pen battery, went back to do a simple exchange the next morning and the girl working there said she could not exchange that I was suppose to try the battery before I left the store, the person who sold me this battery never told me I needed to try it before leaving the store neither did she mention that all sales are final, which I explained to the employee there tonight, so she nicely offered to call the shop owner on speaker to see if they could come to a resolution being that I live 5 hours away from Jacksonville and I was just visiting, when I tried to explain to the shop owner the situation because the phone was on speaker she got nasty and started yelling at me that she didn’t want to speak to me to put the employee back on the phone, again the phone was on speaker so I never touched the employees phone nor did I even finish my sentence explaining to the shop owner that I’m here on vacation and leaving the area tonight. Please do NOT go here these people do not appreciate anyone’s business the owners customer service skills are zero and obviously they sell faulty products and don’t care to be stealing peoples money. Worst experience I have ever had in a smoke shop, I have never been treated so bad by a store owner in my life. I understand there are policies in place but there is a way to speak to people especially paying customers who are supporting your small business. I give this place zero stars. I also have attached a picture of the product that does not work for reference. I would also like to add I have visited the website for this product and this seems like a knock off product.

The young man working last night (July 27) was awesome! I regret not getting his name now for this post. I am new to vaping, so when I was looking around for a vape rig/pen I had a lot of questions. He was super helpful even though he did not vape himself. He explained all the different nicotine levels and what most people usually get, plus he recommended some popular brands, flavors, and rigs/pens. Then he let me try out all my new vapes before I left to make sure they worked. I bought six different ones, five cheap ones for like $2-$3 and one more inexpensive one for $12. None of the cheap ones worked, but he didn't even hesitate to take them all back and let me exchange them for something else of equal value. I ended up getting another one of the $12 ones that I liked the flavor of, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I'm so glad I went there, and I'm definitely going back tomorrow and getting more of the ones I liked. The store has a ton of choices. PSA- When it comes to vapes be sure to try before you leave the store because they are not liable for any none working or broken purchases once you exit the store nor should they be.

Polite, friendly, helpful. I read some of the lowest reviews I did not have the same experience. The store policy is on the door as you walk in. I asked for some products which they had. The lady took me to the place in the store where the product was. She helped me with my choices. Asked for ID (I'm as old as a dinosaur) so I laughed. She asked me to open and try out my products so if they were faulty in any way She could resolve the problem. No problem whatsoever. So...Thank you for your help. I went in on March 4th mid day, didn't catch the young woman's name. She could not be any nicer. The shop was spotless and smelled great.

They often sell broken/non-working products as you can see in previous reviews. Just dispute the charge with your bank if they stole your money. Luckily, there’s a new smoke shop in front of this location and they are awesome. I recommend going there instead 🩷
