This place always takes forever, even when you sign in online. Because of my experience today I will never come back to another to leave. I once again signed in online and was not served in the order in which it said. I told the worker that I have been waiting and I have been signed in for a while and she just kept brushing me off saying that they will serve the people in the order and which they signed in. I tried to explain that I signed in online and it said that there were four people in front of me and they called seven people including the person who gave her her ID to sign in 15 minutes after I had been waiting in the lobby. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and told me more than one time before I was done with my sentence to have a good day. I said that I would report her and I'm looking for the number now. Do not waste your time on bad customer service when you're spending your money to pay their bills.

Had a wonderful first time experience the store was very clean Nicholas and his team are very knowledgeable the two young ladies Erica and Marissa that assisted me with my order definitely help me to understand a lot more when it came to the best prescription for me. I'm truly thankful to have a wonderful team to work with, when it comes to finding my proper medication would definitely recommend this location for their customer service, upkeep on the store, and for the warm welcome.

Classic Trulieve. 7 people in the lobby. 2 people haven’t been greeted, not enough chairs to even hold everyone waiting. Long wait times. I checked in ahead for express, still wasn’t ready. Still waited longer than the website said. What it’s worth, claimed 13 minutes. Express pickup somehow took longer. Attached photos show the now 4 people waiting to be checked in, seats filled, no one in the lobby. Avoid Trulieve unless you have 30+ minutes to wait. Nor did they honor the 2 person wait in front of me that the Express system showed. I got an email 5 minutes ago it was my turn, for an express pick up. And I’m still waiting!!! You suck trulieve. Do better. Edit: I’m declining their effort to reach out. This is a repeated issue at multiple locations and offering discounts to me is Not a solution. Upper management needs to hire more people and get the store staffed. Simple.

This is my favorite location, the staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable. The management team is always willing to aid and problem solve when issues arise. I’ve been coming to this location for the past couple of years and looking forward to my next visit 😊
