I have been shopping here since 1989 ok so i think i can state with out any doubt this is a stand up biz one cash regester u wait your turn like anyone else.. i dont care if there is 100 ppl there you see it , you waited why, because you like it there so shut up say you had a bad day... this is not about a bad product this is about you not being able to wait your turn people have to do other jobs or nothing will ever get done... now she has learned to close the door so ppl like you dont see them and get up tight.... re frigging lax

Found this place accidently and so glad I did. Great store, very positive with an eclectic assortment of merchandise relating too good vibrations. Prices are really good too. In fact had to go back twice on the same day because, I knew would not get a better price on something back in Tennessee. Definitely will be a regular place to stop in every time we come visit Jacksonville.

You can somewhere else but why would you? The glass eye has great products and matching customer service. I live in the middle of 2 shops but would buy knock off products for manufacturer’s prices when I can I buy legit products for the same price as the manufacturers? Again, the customer service is great.

It’s pointless shopping here because everything they have in the store, I can order online at a much better price. Also I’m not treated like a criminal whenever I go shopping online. The few times I went to this place, the fat white female that worked there and some white male working in there always act like I’m gonna steal something. I always pay for all my stuff. Whenever I would have several items picked out that I’m going to buy, they’d always bother me and ask me to bring the stuff up to the front counter as im shopping and I can get them all at upon checking out. That’s messed up, all because I have a different paint job than them and they’re judging me thinking I’m trying to steal.
