Short story: They will sell you a defective vape even after they see it not working when you test it right in front of them. Long story: Been going here for about two, maybe even three years to get nicotine vapes. Not occasionally either, I mean like once a week to get nicotine, we're talking like 120 dollars a month on household viciousness. I LIKED them because they tended to be helpful, convenient, and decently priced. Today changed that. I went in as usual to survey the options. The first time the lady asked me if I needed help with anything, it was polite and helpful. The second and third time after I had told her that I simply liked to review the options didn't feel so good. So after being prodded repeatedly in the span of no more than two minutes, I went for my usual choice of two Orions, which were clearly marked 2 for 40 or 23 bucks a piece. She rang them up as 23 dollars a piece, and I politely asked if they were no longer doing that deal. She assured me they were, but that it was literally just for the item the price was LITERALLY HANGING ON. ( I don't believe that was the intent, all brands have 1 sign for the whole brand, IT DESCRIBES ALL OF THE FLAVORS OF THAT MODEL). So I told her to give me two of the very specific flavor that had the sign on it. Proceeded to check out, and then as I do *every single time I am in there, which is often, and typically at the invitation of the person working the counter,* I tested the products prior to leaving the store. Both of them stayed burning after I had stopped taking the drag, at which point I asked to exchange them for two of the same make and model which *did not* have this defect. She then called who I am guessing is the owner, a man I have met and had nothing but positive experiences dealing with in person. However, she wasn't relaying the actual problem effectively at all, but after enough insistence opened up two more of the same and what do you know, they had the same issue. Only this time she didn't acknowledge that there was an issue, she seemed to insist that they were going off immediately after I had stopped dragging from them, and then said that since they were better than the others they should be okay. I told her not really, but by this point I was finished. They just won't get anymore of my money again, there are a lot of people who sell ecigs in this town(that aren't even much further), go to one of them instead.

I visited this place on 4th May 2024, I made a purchase of $12.99 but it was charged with $129.99 when i saw my bank statement on 11th may. Now I have follow him up..... update: I went to the shop and this cute lady helped me, very cooperative, out and refund the amount instantly and gave me one shisha complementary. Such a great service.... thank u so much....

This is a fantastic shop. The owner, Carol, is very knowledgeable about the products being sold. If she doesn't have them on hand, she goes out of her way to ensure that she has them just for you. She is supremely empathic and caring about the shop and her customers. I will be coming back to buy products from her store. I highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of discovering this cool shop yesterday on a DoorDash delivery. The store is beautiful, well stocked and Michelle was amazing . Unfortunately I didn’t have a lot of time, but will DEFINITELY be going back! Do yourself a favor and check out this vape shop!
