Great shop, and very friendly staff. I'm in there practically every week, and it's a far more enjoyable experience than any other shop I have been. They put the customer first. They have great house juices, and amazing prices on their premium blends.

Their house juices are pretty good, and the ambiance is nice. Service seems ok too, but a smile once in awhile never hurts in retail. That holds them up for a 3/5. But they fail on selection and price. Their device and gear options are a little light. Their retail juice selection is inconsistent, usually being out of popular flavors and nicotine milligrams pretty regularly. What's worse is expect to pay about double the going online price for gear (if the have it at all) which is nuts. I understand overhead and I expect to pay more locally for most things in vapor products, but literally close to double the going online price for most items makes this a house juice only place for me.

I gotta say, I love these guys. They were the first vape shop I found when I moved to the Round Rock area, and that was really lucky on my part, because the crew that works there is chill asf. Every time I go in I have a good experience, even past the transaction, in fact, I usually hang out a little after just because everyone there is so friendly. The people there are really good at treating people like real people instead of only customers. They always work with me and are patient with my questions, helping me find exactly what I need or juice flavors I will like. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are often actual good shows on the tele there that you wouldn't see in a typical retail environment. I have tried a lot of their juices and even upgraded my kit entirely in the time I have been shopping there, and I have never been dissatisfied. All in all I recommend them above all of the other shops I have tried so far. It's places like this that are the reason the greater Austin metropolitan area is so cool.

Fantastic people at the round Rock and Austin location, awesome management. Staff always are open in assuring you understand the products, very knowledgeable. I feel welcomed and appreciated. I've purchased my products from Austin Vapor for several years now and have no desire to shop with someone else.
