So sad and I really feel for the staff. Bought out by Stiizy (look up their CEOs and you’ll see three corporate folks who definitely are faking the lifestyle). Whole vibe shift and prices are higher. This is the Bay, not LA, and the aesthetic is off - we like real hippies and real vibes. Hope the awesome staff can weather this.

Friendly staff, nicely layed out store. Bought a Top shelf "Cam" Pen, it was great tasting, smooth, with a excellent high. Thank you for carring top quality products.

Was better before they got bought out. Went there for about 2 years and then one day I Went to place an order and realized I no longer have a rewards account there it just disappeared . A lot of the stuff I would buy is now gone and replaced with lots of stizzy product which I’m not a fan of. Fortunately I found the cake house and will be going there from now on.

I’ve been a Caliva regular for a long time, and was definitely bummed to hear they were getting purchased by Stiizy. Not because I have a problem with their company (quite the contrary, actually), but because it would mean inventory and price disruptions, clunky transitions on their website, and just general growing pains going from one owner to the next. Today I left very happy with my purchase (both price and product), although I wish they would re-stock “not your father’s soda”, don’t drop that one! Anyway I’ll continue to come back, and I recommend everyone just give them a little patience and the benefit of the doubt during their transition

My car was hit near this store when going around to find the car plate the employees as well as the Manager were nonstop rude and wouldn't help the security footage but as soon as the police pulled up their whole attitude switched up, I would never recommend this store as even with the time I spent in there they had nothing but terrible products. You're better off going across the street to any of the 3 other weed shops nearby

It must mean nothing to be a consistent customer for over 6 years. This business needs to seriously work on marketing the adjustments to their business hours as well as policy changes. In general, communication needs improvement vastly. I have been coming in for months for the early bird special, which reduces the cost of your item if you come in before noon, independent on the items price. Well, I take the time to drive 20 miles over to take advantage of that deal once again, only to be told that the deal is only honored now if you hit a minimum of $50 before tax. I asked if they could honor it this time since there was no communication around the change. Was told it was impossible and that they changed it because it wasn't making the business enough money. Customer service here has gone out the window- I can't believe my business means nothing. Instead of of making a sale, you watched me leave empty handed.

Always great service and very knowledgeable. When I first started going I was very new to this world and their associates helped me with all of my questions, offered great recommendations and even had a new customer free item. They typically have daily specials for discounts. On top of that you can pick it up in person or you can get it delivered! Definite Recommendation. If you have a bad experience with service or a product let them know and they’ll do their best to accommodate you as well.

This was my second time at Caliva, first time as a customer. I ordered online. The process was nice and quick. Erica was very helpful and told me about a buy one get one half off special. She made my experience very enjoyable
