Cristian is a very good budtender. He makes sure each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, before moving on to the next customer. He helped me pick a happy clone, back in March. She's a happy shrubby plant now! Always like the products and staff at PR Farms! Thanks Buds🌱✨🌻

The woman who answered the phone told me she could barely hear me then hung up on me (I checked and nothing wrong with call on my end). I called back three times over the next hour and it just kept ringing until it disconnected. No voice mail or anything. I checked and it's the correct number, or at least the same one listed on both Google Maps and the PR Farms website. This is my first experience with this dispensary and I was not impressed by their customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Shannon was amazing! We were visiting from Washington state and asked for recommendations as we were unfamiliar with the local products. Great personal recs and very friendly! We’ll definitely visit again the next time we find ourselves in Santa Cruz.
