As someone with little experience regarding medical or recreational marijuana, I was very impressed with the overall experience. The facility was extremely clean and well organized. All staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. While I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for, I had the privilege to meet James Doyle who was exceptionally knowledgeable and easily answered every question (I asked a lot). Upon making a purchase, I was assisted by Kit Carson who was also extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Fantastic experience!

I was very impressed with the staff here. They are polite, professional and helpful. I didn't know exactly what strain I was looking for today and they pointed me in the direction of one. I took it home, tried it out and it was exactly what I had been looking for. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of the product was excellent. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

This place sucks since it was bought out by Trulieve. The prices went up by ~$10. The selection is less. The company did nothing to transfer/honor previous clients reward points before taking over the location. They almost gave me the wrong product. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order after already ordering AND paying online. Other customers in front of me had to use an ATM because their services were down. I watched the store manager train a new person on how to properly check IDs and Med cards, while at the same time watched current employees beside them were doing to bare minimum of compliance checks. I would recommend everyone who goes here go to The Landing dispensary. Better prices, selection, and parking. This company just wants to take advantage of an unregulated market only for money.

One of my go-to dispensaries. Been to almost all in columbus, but have a few I patronize on the regular. And this is one of them. Fast friendly service with a smile. And if you wanna chat, then they will do that too. One of the best of the best !!!!!

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The medical customers are helped before recreational, which is nice since the traffic is much higher.
