The staff is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about products. Each time that I have been into the store, the manager is very friendly and easy to talk to if I have any questions. I have been to a couple of other locations, but this store is my go-to. 10/10 recommended!

The associates take the time to listen to what I want and help me make a knowledgable decision based on that info. I like to try different products and, to date, I've been very pleased with all of the products from HG.

I always have a great experience every visit. I shop about every 2 weeks and the staff is always so friendly and informative! I have chosen to shop at this location only for all future purchases! They also have a great loyalty rewards program. I moved here 6 months ago from California, and Higher Grade is the best! Very well organized, with several items to choose for all smoking needs! They even sell the best candles ever, and at a really great price for the size of them! I have already bought 3 and loved every one! They last for a long time too! They also have some that cover the smokers odors! Thanks for being my first and last choice for smoke shops! Keep up the great work!
