In Feb 2024 Sold me vape juice that expired in 2021. The juice was very dark. Looked up the same product online and it should be almost clear.

Stopped in on a Friday evening pretty close to closing time and the gentleman working was wonderful in assisting us. They have SOOOO many vape and smoking devices… much better selection than anyone else around.

So first let me give a big shout out to Sam the store/counter attender of this establishment, The Joint Smoke Shop. Sam is extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and has no problem with assisting where you may have difficulties in fully understanding whatsoever products you choose to purchase . As a reviewer, I truly choose to live by a certain level of truth and integrity so I must also apologize to Sam because the product I purchased from the shop I had no knowledge of how to really operate before hand so, Sam gave me a short live tutorial, well apparently I seem to have forgotten one of those pointers from that live tutorial and that was properly caring the product I purchased. And, although I continue to call Sam in my most irritation because my product was seemingly not functioning anymore, he still stayed professional patient kind, and willing to assist me in every way he could to make sure the product is functioning properly. It took the brainstorm of reminding my brain that I failed to do something that was hindering the item I purchased to work properly so once I took care of that this morning, the product worked perfectly so definitely big shout out to Sam for his patience, kindness, and willingness to still help Even though we’re a great distance away, I was just passing through. So with that being said, I definitely recommend The Joint Smoke Shop 9155 East 56 St. Indianapolis Indiana 47217. I I definitely definitely give the shop a triple AAA , triple plus rating.

Do NOT shop here. They add a 4% surcharge for debit card transactions which is ILLEGAL. Also, they do not have a sign posted ANYWHERE about the additional fee (even if they did, still illegal). When I complained about the fee, guy behind the counter just kept saying sorry. Don’t be sorry, just stop doing shady, illegal stuff. Considering MOST people use plastic to pay these days, one has to wonder how much additional money they’ve generated illegally. Definitely contacting my bank and Visa to report this. Let’s see how their sales do when they can longer process credit/debit transactions at all.

They charge additional fees plus they use all the products and re sell after they are vape down half way!
