I love the great selection of products and items that are available. Also the customer service is amazing and i love the way my problem/ question was answered and resolved. All around amazing people to work with and i will definitely continue to shop here. I just wish i lived close by to visit in person but a short walk from Illinois to CA wouldn't be a problem right?😆

This is the place you want to go to when looking for amazing glass. My piece isn’t an apparatus - it’s a work of art that fulfills my smoking dreams. Really. It’s beautiful, and thick as hell. Clearly hand-crafted and not one of those dime-a-dozen pieces of mass produced junk you see everywhere. It’s a conversation piece that will last for a long, long time. The Dab Lab has superior customer service, too (prompt, incredibly friendly, and very helpful). If you want the best, you have to check them out.

My package was not delivered to my mailbox even though it was tracked to my address (likely stolen). Ben helped me get a claim filed and a new order delivered immediately. Couldn't have asked for better service. Let's see if this one shows up.
