Continues to be the best for 30+ years. I have shopped big Al's for 15+ years now and deeply appreciate the knowledge George and his crew have when it comes to glass. They helped me find exactly what i was looking for when I wasnt even sure what that was. True salesman in the best way with no high pressure buy now tactics You can easily get mass made glass here but you can also get glass.you won't find anywhere else. Old school, new school and everything in between. A MUST if you are.in the market for new glass it's honestly just a cool spot to go and talk shop if you appreciate the art. They have something for everyone.

I had an issue with an order I placed online that had arrived and I contacted the shop and they were able to help me resolve the issue and made it up to me! I keep saying I'll never go back but I like second chances. So I bought a glass piece that was hand made American. It has no artist signature or info and no unique characteristics. China made. I bought a torch andit was broken and I took it back they tried to downgrade the replacement. And the owner looked at me coldly and tried to be intimidating, and we finally came to a fair agreement. Then I went back and bought some butane. The lid is cracked and broken to the can so I won't be able to cover it again. Bad service. Broken merchandise. Lying salesmen.
