I got a bubbler and mine didn't work well at all (its effectively just a bowl) they weren't willing to give me a refund. Later I bought a battery for oil and it broke two weeks later, they told me to talk to the owner because he was the only one who could do a repair/exchange. He told me all he could do was give me a discount, when I asked how much of a discount he showed me a smaller battery than the one he sold me and tried to sell it to me for the same price as the one I bought, I told him to eff off and bought one for half the price on amazon If you buy something here chances are its already broken, and if it is youre out of luck

Love these guys. Owner is friendly, treats the regulars right, and treats new customers like regulars. Prices are great and I'd rather give these guys my business than any of the other snobby, stuck-up shops around here.

i bought a pipe from here 6 months ago and it’s still in good shape i’ve only had to clean it twice. also the staff there are rly chill and very friendly. ::))

I've bought smoke products from here countless times and I always feel like an idiot for shopping here when they break. Most recently it was a battery for a vape that broke in less than a month, they told me I could buy another from them adn that was my only option.

Why would you be closed on a Sunday? When people actually have time to come shop? Literally makes zero since.. wanted to come but pipes and other things but I’ll just head up to Telegraph because they are open on Sunday’s.
