Customer service is good but they don't let u smell the product and that's how i determine if it's good for me and nope that's really sad it was even on medical side... It's like they hiding something shady I don't like citrus and I can smell it and if I can't get my medicine that I want im not wasting my time

Am a medical patient and have been going to Doc's for over 10 years. Today they had no good product for medical. Was told they had lots on the rec side if I wanted to pay more. No longer what it was. Bye.

as a medical patient who has been with you for years closing 20 minutes before 10 and not letting one come in is highly bullshit i need my medication. 0/10 will be signing over elsewhere.

I almost don't even want to leave this review to keep this place a secret but this is the ultimate best bang for your buck for flower. I live in Pueblo and I come here when I visit my mom. Only crappy part is needing an exit bag I've probably got 4 of them now cuz i forget. If you respond to this review how come yall require one but all others do not? ❤️👽 Thank you for the response!

I like shopping at this dispensary, but I have been noticing the energy has been very poor lately! . I had gone in there the past two times and had been overly charged basically through what they feel they deserved “rude tips” , you’ll be charged $ 3:50 fee if you don’t come in with bag/cash. $15 cart plus the $3.50 fee = however my last two times I have came here my total out the door has been 21 off my card? For that I would’ve just went to the green solution and gathered all of my points if I knew I was going to be gypped out at three or two dollars for a tip / a bag like the green salution. ? Needs a little improvement maybe new staff? Idk?

Got recommended to try the new koala bears and took half as soon as I got home and for the past 20 mins I've been staring at my OFF TV please go try them and thank you docs!! Yall always have the best stuff I can NEVER FIND elsewhere please never change how you run the store bc this is literally the only dispo I go to

Weird and disrespectful employees! I was getting laughed at and called goofy because I decided I don’t want their joints anymore and I told em I’d rather roll my own. Yeah save your time and money by going to a better dispensary. Rocky roads and skunked are just right up the street and way better with options and actual employees that are respectful and appreciative!

Great customer service. Employees are educated and excited to help me. I recently developed extreme anxiety. They put me on a great path and I'm definitely feeling better with more motivation to leave my comfort zone.

Dishonest and lack integrity. Got in line at 5:30AM for the 4/20 special. Not one person was in line. I got there and sat down for 30 minutes before some people woke up from their cars and claimed they had been there first. I said anyone could say that, no one was here when I got here. At that point another couple had pulled up and heard us talking about it. The people who came from their cars told the couple they might as well leave because they were friends with the staff and they were going to give it to them anyways. Which is exactly what happened. The staff got there and dapped up the people who came from their cars and were buddy buddy with them. They told everyone in line they were going to give 1st place prizes to the first med and rec customers. So the first rec customer gets up and calls over her friend, the manager, the big tall guy, tells him she forgot her ID. He tells her don’t worry about it she still won the first place prize. Their promotion literally says the first “purchases”. The entire promotion was a scam for them employees to give their friends the prizes. I have never seen such a blatant scam in My life before. This place has never been the beacon for good business practices and customer service but I’ve never seen a business openly cheat its customers like this before. They said they would watch the cameras.The owner of the business should post the video to prove what I’m saying is wrong if they feel that’s not what happened. There were 15 people in the lobby hear the manager give the first rec prize to the woman who left to get her ID, she never even made a purchase. I tried explaining to the staff if I had seen a line I would’ve left like every other car that arrived and saw a line but no one was there. They didn’t care because they had already decided who won long before the day started.
