Off the jump I want to say, being from Buffalo and a frequenter of the shops there - 101 is SO much cleaner, well set up, and customer service oriented than a LOT of the ones in Buffalo.

Great pricing as well, and the staff was very friendly, and more than happy to help!

Will be making this the priority shop anytime I'm in Hermitage again.

This place used to be great.. helpful and friendly staff, great selection for even better prices. However they've undergone new management who've really taken a dump on everything. After dealing with a rude employee, we decided to take our business elsewhere. There's plenty of other smoke shops around who value their customers significantly more.
