This place is AMAZING! I was looking for natural products that I could include into my routine and they were so helpful! The customer service is unlike any store you’ve ever been to. The employees are so nice! Everyone is so happy to help and answer any questions you have. I had a LOT of questions and they never got sick of providing me with answers. They even have helpful fliers all throughout the store so that you can better understand the benefits of the products. Every aisle is neat and organized and sorted by product category. This made finding items very easy. And if you’re like me and you don’t like to leave the house, you can also shop their store online! I’m hooked!

Ms. Maria B, was so kind, patient and helpful. She explained the benefits of teas that I didn’t know much, she is very knowledgeable! It was my first time at that store (she spoke highly and was proud to work there) she walked me to find items that I was looking for. I will return and recommend this place.

I'm visiting from Seattle Washington. I came into your store and met and a woman by the name Alex. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing some magnesium is what I came in the store for and she made some great suggestions about my hair and how to take care of it. Im an older black woman with by locks and her wealth of information was worth mentioning. I was very impressed. Thank you Alex for your courteous professionalism and knowledgeable support. My cousin and I look forward to putting your information to use.

I first want to say that I love this place! And Alex was a BIG reason for that. She was so helpful. She didn’t care how many questions I asked and was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable and was able to give a detailed explanation of the herbs and how they benefit me. Wonderful smile and personable. I’m so grateful she was there to assist bcuz they have so much in the store it can be overwhelming. She even helped my 11 year old son who had questions about the herbs as well. I went in there for burdock root but came out with eleven items ahahah. It smells great in the store and feels great to be in there. I will be back!
