Awesome customer service! Great pricing as well. Hannah was spectacular! Most dispensaries has a "know it all" attitude, but this Cultivate locations is awesome! She was never pushy on other products, she listened to what I was after and provided me with what I needed. We even spoke about Hawaii (where I was from) for a bit which was great. 10 out of 10 customer service for sure! I don't write that many reviews but I had to for this one. Def going back!

Only went once because they gave me the wrong product and refused to exchange it. It was in original package, all seals intact, and a receipt was provided. I was told that because it was more than 3 days (5 days) later, they would not exchange it for the correct product. I spent a lot of money here and can not believe they wouldn't correct their own mistake. I was not asking for a refund, just exchange for the correct product. Never been treated so poorly at a dispensary. I will be going back to Thrive. They have never disappointed.

Walked in, a nice younger lady took checked my ID, and after that I entered the dispensary. The presentation of the dispensary is clean and professional. All items are clearly identified. The budtenders were both very helpful to me and the other customers who were present. After placing my order, I waited two minutes and was called up to pay. Super easy transaction. I would highly recommend this dispensary for your needs.
