I came in with an online order. This price was different in the store but Madison immediately saw the issue. She called over a manager and he was able to fix it fast with no other issues. I had a question about one of my purchases and instead of giving me the wrong answer she checked with another employee. I could tell she was new but she did a great job. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend this location.

I love Quality Roots in Waterford. The have a great selection of edibles and smoke! The staff are all wonderful and very friendly and helpful! I also love their prices! Can't be beat in my opinion! Stop by and check them out. You won't be disappointed. Stop and see Coral! She is very helpful!

Kitty was exceptionally helpful to me during my experience. She was patient with my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very knowledgable about the different strains and what would specifically help my chronic condition. The products she recommended very much helped my inflammation, Crohn’s disease, and anxiety. I am a repeat customer now, for life! Thank you to Quality Roots and Kitty, especially! My fiance and I come here all the time. They put our order in immediately. We never have any issues. We asked kitty how to go about getting hired in. She was absolutely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.
