Has a limited inventory, not a great selection. This is in fact an honest review, of your dispensary. Not my experience as an employee, which I think you would prefer me not to speak on. Don't give this dispo your phone number, they use it to text and call you with sales calls. The manager is a creep who looks customers up on social media after they leave. Budtenders are cool, but they're just doing the best they can given what they have to work with. There are plenty of other dispensaries out there who will not abuse your personal information, and offer a better selection of products.

Truly outstanding customer service, the employees are always helpful and conversational with us, they always have good deals. Matt is incredibly helpful, willing to go an extra mile to help customers out, not to mention countless other employees who have given us exceptional experiences. Plus, there's rarely a line. Can't recommend this place enough.

Pure Roots is an all-around great dispensary at which to shop. They have deals all across the board for any variety of cannabis products, friendly bud tenders (who will even call you to let you know about deals and in-store credits you have!), and a superb cash back rewards program. Thanks Nya!!!

Stopped in for the first time and it was a very pleasant shopping experience, start to finish. My budtender, Serena, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The five star service I received from her as a customer is the reason I am more than happy to return. 🙂

Most employees here are great. The ordering app is 🗑️, them not honoring the prices listed online because they are having issues is not a good way to do business. I just started to shop here but have been unimpressed and there are to many other competitors that have impressed me.
