My mom used to take me to 3 Doors Down when I was a kid! Back when it was in Pontiac. I was ecstatic to learn they were still in business when I moved back to Michigan after moving out of state for years! The clothing is definitely a bug pull in for me. This head shop runs on the quality side of things, so if you're accustomed to cheaper things, it's worth spending more here than other shops with lower quality items!

I'm an old hippie that worked at the original 3 Doors Down in Pontiac and this newer version (I know it's been here for awhile but it'll always be new to me ) is quite nice and sticks to the original concept very well. Highly recommend for all your hippie needs. Tye dye and smoke stuff enough galore!!

Thanks for selling me a terp slurper that doesn’t work 40$ the pearls don’t spin at all. Is the product tested before you sell it to make sure it works? Stop wasting peoples money.

I’ve been a 3 Doors Down customer for over 30 years; since the time they were located in Pontiac. Everything, from the merchandise quality to the friendly customer service, is fantastic. The prices are incredible (and I would know, since I’ve tried other shops in Waterford, as well as Livonia, Orion, Farmington Hills, Auburn Hills, Ann Arbor, Detroit, way up north, all the way out west, and more). One particular product I regularly buy costs $20 or more at other shops. Yet, 3 Doors Down only ever charges $13 for this exact product (same brand, same quantity). That’s quite a difference; one example of many. I appreciate 3DD for their honest pricing; for not taking advantage of people like countless other shops do. It’s for these reasons I remain a loyal customer, even after 30 years and having lived in several different states and regions. I’m also elated that they carry the same, beautiful and unique Bohemian apparel as they did 30+ years ago, which I regularly wore a lot of back then. That I can still purchase this lovely clothing today is even more special due to the nostalgia! And, as a serious, lifelong classic rock fan, I’m ever so fond of the rock t-shirts. My very first band t-shirt actually came from 3DD in 1991! To (almost) conclude my (exceptionally long) review, I humbly request one thing: that 3 Doors Down continues on! This shop is really a Michigan treasure! * The people leaving bad reviews either did not bother to properly ask for help in rectifying whatever issue they may have had or they’re just a run of the mill hot head. I’ve frequented 3DD for decades, yet not even once have I had a negative experience.

I came here to get my water pipe cleaned. I was offered 2 choices among the cleaner. I chose one, price was $20. I took it home and it appeared that someone had used weed resin inside the bottle. Meaning someone took it off the shelf, cleaned their piece, put the cleaner back, and back on the shelf for me to use. What a joke. The clerk intentionally grabbed that bottle and handed to me. I live so far away that I would have lost more money trying to get it replaced. This is a bad place to go.
