This place is always a quick and easy stop for me. The woman helping me today went out of her way to help me find just what I wanted, providing thoughtful answers and recommendations, even looking things up online when she wasn't sure about something. And the products are quality! They have a rewards program of sorts so I also get discounts occasionally, and they are always well stocked - never been disappointed here.

The person working at the time was such a fabulous help they took their time to explain each and every apparatus and it's intended function and they also gave us their personal opinion in addition to popular opinion! They could not have been more patient and informative and just overall I left feeling better than when I came in and that is a hard experience to come by these days!

I bought one of their house glass pieces and it cracked 4 within days. No rough or unusual use. Wouldnt be a big deal if they would exchange. I will say it was pretty affordable so maybe I just get what I paid for

Called ahead just to make sure they had what I was in search of. Got lucky 1 was left. Employee didn't have to look already knew the product an stock which is always impressive to me. Not alot of people try to familiarize with products an stock anymore. Always gotta wait for them go check. Promptly made it down to shop as I didn't wanna let the last 1 slip through my fingers. Walked was greeted quickly an friendly, let her know I just called bout the item. Was asked if had used previously which I hadn't. Got a thorough rundown an left happy an confident.
