Called ahead about a product. Was told it was in stock. Showed up and the worker said they never heard of it and I need to leave. Saw the product I came for when I was walking out the door. You should hire people who want to do their job.

I come here all the time for all my smoking needs. The people here are super helpful and friendly and I only go here even though there are some other shops closer to me. Definitely recommended!! Ps. My girlfriend loves the stickers they have. First sticker free every visit!!

The shop is located in a good spot and has good prices. That’s all the good things I can say. I called twice to ask questions about vape juice and the guy on the phone was not only rude but hung up on me-twice!
I’ve only gone there when I’m pretty broke and need juice. Their prices are good. But I’d rather go to Smokers are Us on Butnside where they are truly nice and know their stuff

Bought a brand new nectar collector tonight and after hitting it 2 times the nail and thread slid completely off the nectar collector onto my lap and burnt me and they have a no return or exchange policy. This is the second time I’ve bought a nectar collector from there and the second time that it’s slid completely off on to my lap and burnt me and they won’t do anything about it. Unreal.
