Staff is very rude and off putting. Selection of flower was very small and bad quality. No harvest date or test date listed on the package, which is not compliant with OLCC standards. It was my first and last time in this shop, definitely will not be returning.

Heather was quite rude. She had one person in her store and seemed quite overwhelmed when more than one person entered the foyer. It seems like if she can’t handle being alone they should probably hire some support. My online order wasn’t ready and when she asked what I ordered I went to grab it myself since she said she was “too busy to have even looked at the online orders.”She then proceeded to threaten not to serve me because I said I would grab it myself (it was just a couple of wraps that are available for customers to grab at checkout). I’m a bud tender and expect a level of professionalism even if you’re busy. Poor girl might be in the wrong industry if she can’t handle a few customers and an online order or two.

This place has gone down hill. I don't know why ownership or management would not come help out during your busier times on the weekend leaving one person to run the store bye themselves. But that is super silly for several reasons. First this person has to check everyones id's solo, Two they have to chat with customers solo and work with them to help them find their needs. Three is than this person has to run and get cannabis products from various points around the room. I don't know why MANAGEMENT makes these bad decisions. For clarity the employe working was booking it and being respectful. but when we had 7 people in the room and one employee something has to give.
I ended up paying more for my products down the street because time was worth my money.
Please start showing up for your employees, and also please reorganize the store so they don't need to walk half way across the store just to get product. If I can see 2-3 employees working midday why can't I see 2 during evening service?

Amazing service. Always been my go-to shop best prices in town. Their $2 in house prerolls have shockingly become my go-to smoke and I usually go with something infused. And they price-match! Will be coming back!
